Patching those same jeans from a few years back, Penny. I enjoy the process so much I almost look forward to the next rip n' tear. This kind of stitching does indeed bring on the calm ;>]
Some scribblings & assorted notes ... from a beadworker, picture taker, natural dyer, stitcher of stories and garden maker ... happily unleashed with my soul-mutt dawg, wandering the Pacific Northwest of America and venturing down all sorts of paths of inspiration.
Lovely stitching and colours with a slight sheen, very effective.
ReplyDeleteUsing mainly Anchor embroidery thread ... has a sheen to it until it's washed - then it goes completely matte. Go figure.
