What do you do for love?

nourish, tend & care

keep watch & protect

bless the ground whereon I walk

make & give away what is in my heart

play, with wild abandon & great joy

nurture optimism with an eye on many fine tomorrows

This is what I do.

    1. Am thinking so much lately about what I hold in my heart - asking self lots of direct questions about being *true* to my holdings. I thank you, ronnie girl, for your kind comment. Shall be back to my silly self in no time ;>]

  2. You have selected the most beautiful pictures to depict what is in your heart. It could not be more perfect. As we grow older, we mellow and and that which we most cherish become our priority.

    Have a blessed holiday.

    1. Exactly that ... you have nailed it, Carol, "that which we most cherish becomes our priority." And we do not protect, tend to, or even pay much attention to that which we don't cherish. So I wanted to ask the Big Question of myself - what do I love? And following on, what do I DO for that love.

Thank you for always being present here xo

    1. I think in some ways it did become that, thank you. I have been stitching on my Solace flag and as you most probably know yourself, Mo, the mind slows down to a lovely cadence on such a project. This is where mine went, I guess, as I contemplated my words, running a checks n'balances system on myself.

  4. You are living your life in beauty. Seeking it, nurturing it, growing it, dying it, stitching it. You have found the perfect place for yourself and your heart.

    1. Lovely words, Penny. I hope you are right and although it may not be perfect, it is not perfection that I am after, but a life lived as fully as possible.

As always, thank you for stopping here with kind words.
