Determination

This is how I felt on Friday (big, raucous weekend ahead!) ...

and this is how I felt this morning ... Monday ...

~ unknown, circa 1890's ~

You see, it's time for my annual   spring  cleaning.

Yes, yes, yes, I  know  it's the middle of August,
so you can simply imagine the state of things.

Wish me luck.

  2. I just love you to pieces!!! That would be me too -- that is if I ever DID spring cleaning, which I don't. Just sort of piddle around each week (or so) and say 'okay, that's enough of that'!! *smile*

  11. Believe me, all you lovely lasses, it is TRULY NECESSARY... no turning back now ... dust bunnies, watch your backs!
Thanks heaps for all the good wishes - it's a huge help and fingers crossed double, I will most definitely be finished [cheeky miz Carol] long before Christmas.

In the meantime, does anyone have a clever suggestion for a dusting *tool* that reaches into the rafters? I tried to rig something up on the broom but it fell off ....
